Research is about more than just...research. Our approach is to build community, not just with our community partners, but within the University itself, with our partners and with other organizations.
Our approach recognizes the need to diversify the research environment, the engineering profession, and the leaders of tomorrow. Building an inclusive environment, advancing the Calls of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, advocating for the right of Indigenous People, creating space and making change in our approach to education, research, and design are the ways in which we endeavour to create lasting impact and change.
